SEO and Link building

Hi I am a small business owner and I need some help with SEO for my Canadian Mortgage Site. I am very familiar with SEO & SMO but do not have time to focus on it. I need someone to get my site back on track. I do not have a huge budget but enough to keep someone busy for several months. If your really good then this will generate more business for me thus enabling me to keep you on staff. Here is a list of stuff I will need you to focus on: Back linking to qualify sites of related material, (this is a mortgage site, so focus would be in financial backlinks) Social Bookmarking: bookmarking across social networks like digg, reddit, furl, delicious, technorati and the list goes on. Blogs & Press Release Creation. Article Submission. Link Popularity analysis. SERP Report: final report to see where the keywords are ranking and also to see what I can improve upon.
