If you are looking for a Public Relations person, look no further than a journalist. I have been a journalist for a while and have written press releases, communicated with local businesses through social media and other methods. I am the employee you are looking for. However, I will not work for $5 an hour. The lowest I am willing to go is $8 an hour (a little above the minimum wage here in the U.S.). If you appreciate quality work that might cost a little extra but will bring results, then you should choose an american journalist.

I have PR experience working for a young designer lighting company, which involved initiating, developing, and maintaining relationships with key bloggers and magazines in order to promote my company's products. My responsibilities also included reaching out to these individuals/organizations on Twitter and FB, so it seems that your position is very similar to one I have already done. I am available for regular Skype meetings, and I have the availability for a regular work commitment. I have excellent English language skills since I am a native English speaker (originally from the USA), and I have a master degree in English.
