Hello!
I have seen the job post and strongly believe that I am a qualified candidate for the post. I have experience in various fields like: customer service, data analysis, task scheduling, calendar scheduling, real estate cold calling, etc.
A little bit of background about me: I started off as a call center agent way back in 2005. During my time as a customer service representative, I used to handle incoming calls regular queue and the escalated calls (I was an escalations rep and also a disputes department agent),outbound calls(collections), chat and email. Worked my way up to being a Quality Assurance Analyst. Moved to the work from home business, became a cold caller, part time graphic designer, data analyst and a general VA. Most if not all of the virtual jobs I had was either from referral or a direct client, or we worked outside upwork.
Having outlined those experiences, I have acquired and am comfortable in the task especially of becoming a VA. Entering data into whatever system the client is using, scheduling follow ups, meetings, appointments, making calls from time to time depending on the things that needed to be done, scheduling social media posts using Hootsuite, sending out reports - basically, staying on top of everything so that my client can stay on top of his business. I am his go to person when he needs something done and does it for him.
