My name is Ashleigh and I'm the owner/MD of a field hockey retail business called Exclusive Hockey. We sell Hockey sticks, hockey bags, gloves, shin pads etc. One of my biggest sellers over the last few weeks has been hockey protection face masks (which are worn at penalty corners), due to Covid 19 players are now advised to have their own masks instead of sharing. My website address is exclusivehockey.co.uk. I am very active on facebook and instagram, I have over 10k followers on Insta. However I know I need to improve my SEO and digital marketing to attract more sales on my website. My website is created using shopify I have an Adwords account but I don't have the knowledge to use this efficiently and effectively. I am only a small business so I need to make sure that every £ I spend is worthwhile. I have recently tried to create Adword campaigns for my Face Masks, however Google seems to block me from promoting the word Face Mask, which I assume is down to it being a product a lot of businesses have abused during the pandemic, however the face masks I am selling are not the same. I have tried & failed in appealing! It is very frustrating. I also don't have the time to learn the ins & outs of adwords/seo etc In the UK there isn't a huge amount of competition but the market is lead by 2 or 4 big businesses (in relation to me) followed by a lot of medium sized hockey equipment companies. I need to get my products in front of more people. Basically, I am looking for someone to help me with all my digital marketing so I can attract more customers to my website. It's great to hear you're very active on the social media side, it's often something that gets forgotten by some business owners. It sounds like you're looking for an all round digital marketing package! Something to help get your name/brand out there more. I can offer SEO and PPC services. The SEO route is less costly but the time it takes to see the results is longer. On the other hand PPC is more expensive but will see results more quickly.
