iOS Prototype: Side-Scrolling Interactive Kid's Book/Game (read carefully)

Looking to create an abstraction for a proof of concept of a side-scrolling story book for iOS. Development of a complete app is not required. Developer should have experience with side-scrolling game development and optimization for iOS. Imagine all of the pages (or scenes) of a book laid out horizontally like a single level of a side-scrolling game. I'd like to be able to paginate fluidly from one page of the story to the next, with a parallax effect on each page as you scroll. Each page is made up of several background and foreground layers. Some pages (or scenes) are actually double or triple wide, meaning the page is actually 2 or 3 screens worth of content that can be paginated through, while the background layers may span the full multi-page scene. After the user paginates, when the new page decelerates into place, this event needs to trigger several possibilities: narration, text to appear, a character to animate in to view, etc. Try to address the project details specifically in your reply, thank you for your time.
