Struts 2 project integration with hibernate (database)

I have made a very basic struts 2 project like 'hello world', I need to connect it to the database using hibernate. This work should be very simple for a person who has some experience in struts 2 and in JAVA. I have no idea at the moment what is the best practices connecting struts 2 to database. After that, I want to compile this example project to server using Ant. There are some more points that I would like to talk about later. Best Regards
