161166 eBay API expert needed

I need someone who can create a search with the eBay API. The search must do the following: 1. A dropdown that lists the category "Antiques" and ALL its sub-categories. 2. A dropdown with the following sort orders: a) Time: Ending Soonest b) Time: Newly Listed c) Time: Ending Today d) Time: New Today e) Price: Lowest First f) Price: Highest First 3. A field for "Keyword". When you search with the keyword, it should also search using the keyword, and #1 and #2 above if selected. 4. The results should return the following: a) Item Title b) Item Link c) Item Gallery Pic (only if there is one) d) Item Price e) Item Shipping Costs f) Item ending date and time g) Item - Time Left h) Item Description 5. It would be great if you could define variables at the beginning of the code so that I can change these things whenever I need to: a) My affiliate ID b) My Auth Token and Keys c) The main category to be searched d) The number of results returned That's it. It's basically just a simple search. It does not have to look good at all. You can make it look very simple as long as it works good. I will format the look myself.
