Install open source java software on amazon cloud server

I have a simple project. I would like the open source software, zxing, [login to view URL] to be installed onto an amazon web services virtual server. You can select whatever available operating system you require and I will create the virtual server to your specs. The end result of installing the software is that I need to be able to make a call to a url on the server and pass the url of an image file. I would like the zxing software to process the image, decode the qrcode that will be in the image, and return the data from the image in xml format. Before bidding please review the open source software and make sure that you are comfortable working with it. The [login to view URL] site has already implemented this. I would like it implemented on my own server. According to the zxing documentation, the source for the [login to view URL] implementation of the code is also available in the zxingorg folder of the source, so if you know what you are doing, this should be a rather quick project.
