I need a tool that could modify the MIDI data produced by audio creating/editing softwares. More details are provided in the attached file "Description from [login to view URL]". This project is from a trusted client. No payments or milestones will be created until the project is completed, and tested by the client, and until the client is happy. Whoever bids $200 or less will be hired immediately.
