I have a Webcam recording application using Wowza Streaming Engine. I have a timer that is external to the application that is out of sync with the actual recording. i.e. the timer starts and then the recording starts a few sconds after that. I want them to both start at the same time. I've tried to add a buffer to the timer but it is never quite right - sometimes it's early, sometimes it's late. I want the timer and the recording synchronised. Budget of $20-50, depending on experience.
