Load external page/url in iframe

I have a ready made dropdown menu with 2 level deep and an iframe. I want that when a menu is clicked, a page in external domain (or same domain) is loaded in iframe. I want that the external page/url to be inserted directly in menu that is clicked. Each single link in menu is like this: <li id="button">  <a href="[login to view URL]" target="load_iframe" ><img class="def" src="[login to view URL]" alt="Description of Files"/><img class="over" src="[login to view URL]" alt="Description of Files"/>2.1. display in iframe</a> </li> Freelancer can provide solution for 2 links then I can add more as needed. Instruction to add more is need if it is not obvious. Here is the menu: [login to view URL] My menu must not be changed. I send my files for edition, when ready I need demo, then I release milestone if task is completed successfully. I want someone who can do this task quickly.
