My proposal is - it will be a small JavaScript app. The tricky part is to identify the timezone by City and my assumption are: 1. I am going to use a lookup table of timezone same as MS Windows date/time settings, for example: (UTC+05:00) Islamabad, Karachi (UTC+05:30) Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi 2. Assume the clock face is digital clock: hh:mm:ss 3. Html5 local storage is used to store user dashboard settings on local computer 4. The app will support English only
