We are looking for an experienced and collaborative freelance full-stack developer who can work with our research team on an ad-hoc basis to build tools for social media research. About the Job: As a freelance Software Developer, you will be helping to build tools that can help the research and data analysts team to automate data-mining and data processing. Your hours are flexible and the job is done remotely. About You You love to create new products and have ownership over it. You are analytical in coming up with solutions to unpredictable challenges. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. They should also possess a good level of skill and knowledge in using: - Python, and at least python-based one web framework - Basic Frontend (Sass, CSS3) - RESTful API - Google Cloud Platform or AWS - SQL and NOSQL Databases - Version control - R & Tableau is a plus
