JavaScript modal project

I require a stand-alone modal popup script including the code to paste into my header file for a project I am doing. It needs to behave in the following manner. 1: it must show an image for mobile devices and a different image for desktop devices 2: The modal content (just a single image) must be set to CONTAIN within the viewport. 3: You must make code to detect if mobile device rotation changes on the page. If it does then modal content should reload to show a third image. (If user starts in portrait orientation show image 1, if change to horizontal show image 2) 4: modal window should close when clicked on anywhere on image (default), separate config file should be made with url configuration value, if present then user should be redirected to url config value. If no value modal window closes on click. 5: if no url config value and modal window closes, cookie should be set to not show modal window again during persons time on website that day (24 hour cookie) Payment on completion.
