Javascript module that allows to crop/rotate uploaded images and insure correct DPI

in the context of printing business cards, we want to develop a module for an existing angular application that ensures at best that the image will be usable for printing, So we need a module that allows to crop/rotate uploaded images and insure they have the proper resolution. The photo image must satisfy: - Size: 35 x 45 mm with a tolerance on the ratio (width / height) of +/- 10% - Resolution: minimum between 300 and 400 DPI
