Joomla Template - Scrollr.js & PagePiling.js Integration via Plugin -- 2

The Task is:  Find a solution for easy integration of: [login to view URL] ([login to view URL] , Demo:[login to view URL] ) [login to view URL] ([login to view URL] , Demo:[login to view URL] ) In a Gantry Template. We do not want to deal with any "code" aspect of this, but just be able to use them in our template, so the Idea could be to have some sort of plugin, that let's me chose how each module or module position is displayed for a specific page.  We want to chose specific pages that use the [login to view URL] + [login to view URL] but we also want subpages that only use [login to view URL] as definied. So I guess the most easiest way would be to chose the animation settings per Module, the best would be if we could chose this inside the admin interface of the module. It shouldnt matter what modules this is, but we would always need the tab "Scroll Animations" or something like that.  As you can see, proberbly, if you are used to scroll animations and Joomla Modifications, you proberbly have a better understanding of this than me.  In your proposal please explain how you approach the job, and how you want to solve this.
