I have made an LMS online (javascript/jquery/PHP). Student send pictures, files (word or other...) of their assignments to the teachers threw the LMS. The LMS converts those files into PDF automatically with unoconv. Teachers score the PDF with a custom scale. I would like them to hand write and annotate the pdf online, as if it was a paper copy. Good manual writing capabilities are required in the pdf editor as close to writing with a pen. PDF are displayed with Mozilla [login to view URL] (javascript librairy). The annotated PDF should be recorded.
