ATTENTION: this is not native android. this runs as PWA app. I run a website which some people install as PWA on their smartphones and want to implement individual push notifications. I am very new to this. i guess the easiest would be to use firebase. I need someone to walk me through it step by step and do it together. The website is developed in PHP, MYSQL, JQUERY and now as PWA i want to add personalized push notifications on smartphone
