Time-tracking browser extension (Chrome or Firefox)

BEFORE BIDDING, PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS! (it takes ~3 minutes - thank you) Hi! I want to enhance my experience on a particular website and I'm thinking of a browser extension that parses a page and inserts additional data and behavior into it. For privacy reasons, I will only be able to share the actual website after awarding the project, but its structure is: [login to view URL] I'm only interested in working with one kind of page, whose relevant link looks like this: '[login to view URL]' where 1234 is a unique id across the entire website. Specifically, I want to: 1. track my time spent on each page of this website, with the ability to Pause and Resume; 2. see the time spent so far on each of the tracked pages, next to the links present on the current page; 3. detect long inactivity periods and automatically pause the timer, allowing me to ignore/cancel such a pause. I want all relevant data generated by this tool to be saved to my local storage (of the browser - no server involved) and loaded the next time I'm using the website. Each of the three requirements may serve as a milestone if you wanted to, so please provide bids for them individually, together with your overall bid, with a message like this: 1) 20$, 1 hour 2) ... 3) ...
