547747 Template for joomla

This project is urgent. I need the attached template in this site: [login to view URL] In need the head, the flags (if i make an additional language) how it is. There will be an static background (no scrollable). Size: 1024 px width. I use the candy-slider. He must be configurated, that he dont shows the numbers under IE. The pictures I do. The top-menue must have the same colours like in the attachement and the submenues should (slide down) be amazing to the whole design. If you have a better menue-mod, show me please. In the titles of each menue it must have the button (with the face). Footer must be included. It must be made, to install as a template in joomla 1.7. full functionality and must work with all mods and configuraitons. You get the psd-files and the mod: candyslider (not to give away). Who can do it as soon as possible? Thank you!
