Joomla template modificication - simple

Hello, we need someone who can asap modify couple changes on joomla template. this is very simple but needs to be done asap. 1. In custom modul - text width modification 2. In template between modul's are to many white - free space. this should be cut so that there is not to much of white space 3. footer - is blue and is to big - simple cut it in a half and put a copyright in the middle. Here is totaly like 20 mins of work. Price is $5 + bonus + best possible review. good luck
