I'm looking for a LabVIEW 2017 program that controls a Lakeshore 336 temperature controller and an Agilent 4192A impedence analyzer via usb-to-GPIB. The program will be able to set a starting temperature and number of specific temperature steps, e.g., 300K-400K by 10K. At each step the Agilent will probe the capacitance and dielectric constant at three different, user-defined frequencies, e.g., 10 kHz, 100 kHz, 1 MHz.
The data should export as user-identifed filename txt or tdms as 7 columns - temp, f1_cap, f1_d, f2_cap, f2_d, f3_cap, f3_d and rows of temperatures.
The VI should contain a graphical display of the above data as well with Capacitance on Y_left, Loss Tangent on Y_right, and temperature on the X_axis.
Some specifics:
-The temperature is measured on port "D" and controlled via loop "1"
-The temperature ramp rate is 10 K/min
-The VI should be able to operate heating or cooling
-The oscillation voltage of the Agilent test signal should be user-definable.
