Need signups for my affiliate link - paying $5 per signup

Hello, I am looking to generate some signups for my affiliate link. The offer that must be completed requires a $10 charge to a credit/debit card (no virtual or prepaid), Paypal, Moneybookers, or Ukash. I will pay $15 for each signup - $10 to cover this charge, and $5 profit for you. This is a one-time, non-recurring charge. We will start with a trial run of 4 signups.
