Configure network bridge on Centos 8 in OVH

This is only for somebody who have done this before. There is no room for trial and error. I have dedicated server in OVH datacenter. I want to use Centos 8 on it. I wanat to have more VMs on this server also running Centos 8. I have some Failover IP bought for this server, for using in VMs. The technology used for virtualization is KVM/Libvirt without any aditional software (SolusVM, Virtualizor etc). Where is the catch? I am able to bridge one IP address to each VM, but I am not able to bridge more addresses to to each VM (without running special startup script inside VM). What I will provide to you is full access to clean, just installed Centos 8 server + IP addresses for VM + OVH MAC addresses associated to Failover IPs. What is expected form you? Setup and explain networking on bare metal and VM with standard config files, without need of running script with each reboot. I prefer solution without NetworkManager if it can be done.
