The customized ISO should contain up-to-date security patches/fixes provided by Debian Stretch's repositories. It should also contain packages with pre-configured proxy settings provided by me. Experience with creating live ISO that can be burned to DVD 2. Experience with manipulating files that are compressed with squashfs 3. Experience with pre-configuring Debian packages with custom proxy settings before creating live DVDs 4. hi! I am really happy to see this project as I was a former distro developer by myself,too. I build pozitif linux 2007 in 2007 (self-explanatory) and halt the project after one release. it was based on Ubuntu, but I built the kernel with lzma support,which is not used by Ubuntu at the time. so, my CD image included more software than Ubuntu, including Beryl and compiz for fancy desktop effects. it can still be downloaded from sourceforge. i'm just creating an live cd have only browser application based on debian, xfce, autologin create some chroot environment, mksquash the directory, add live-build and repacking with grub-mkrescue to iso if you want to work with me, just give me an ssh access, and i will work remotely on your server and you can try your iso hope i can work with you,,, thanks ,,,
