Double Router (DSL) Port Forwarding for Ubuntu Service

Required assistance on forwarding ports on a double router setup with a DSL router as the internet source. The DSL router is connected via PPPOE to the ISP, bridge mode is enabled all required ports where forwarded on the DSL and on the Router. First forward from the DSL router were made to the Main router's static IP address, and the second forward on the Main router was made to the Ubuntu 14.04 Server running the application (Ubiquiti UniFi Video 3.1.1) UFW was disabled on Ubuntu and IP-tables disabled (Not too sure). The service works fine on the local network. But I cannot see it externally. Firewall functionalities are disabled on the router. The routers are Comtrend ADSL and D-Link TL-WR841N. This is the port info on Unifi Video 3.1.1: [login to view URL] I would need remote assistance for the services to be visible on the internet.
