This would be an extremely simple and easy job to complete. I can either just install mod_geoip for you, or also configure it to work optimally. If you require it configuring also, I would also suggest a regular update of the database be scheduled, and I can also configure this for you.

I work on AWS EC2 and mod geoip. Can you send me 1. The AWS public IP 2. user account and password with sudo access. This way you dont need to give me AWS credentials Or root password. If you want that setup for you I can do that. Of course to setup a user account with sudop access I will need the root password to do that. Then you can change root passwd. However anytime a freelance needs to work on that server, you only need to give them the non-root username and password. Another good security is to block SSH to only IPs you allow. I canm do that for you as well. I will need AWS access of course. 3. Install mod geoip.
