Script to determine all the PPTP clients user and ip

Hi, Actually we have a PPTPD server with dynamic IP assignation. We create a user and password for each one and the IP it's autoassigned by PPTPD. It's in a Ubuntu 14 We are looking for a local script can say us the user and CURRENT LOCAL IP (not remote). We need an output like: testuser1 [login to view URL] Write in BASH if is posible. We will provide VPS for testing and deploy. Thanks!
