Hi, I’m looking for someone to create a best chatbot which answers questions even asked indirectly. It’s mainly to answer Q n A. I also need them to collect a bit of data to train on. Later once it’s working, I should be able to add more and more data in its knowledge base. I would need an api endpoint as the end product. If you have EOSIO blockchain knowledge it’s a plus.
