Magento 2.3.5-p1 - Diagnose Potential API Call Back Issue

I will not be awarding this to random people who just magically bid automatically. I need someone who I can work with along side to discuss why/what they're doing to diagnose this issue to make it work. We use Ship Station to ship orders, unfortunately when we ship an order it does not mark as complete into our Magento 2 store. This is a fresh Magento 2 installation with a few extensions so when they're marked as Ship it should mark them as shipped. I have tried Click and drop Royal Mail and the same issue occurs along with ShippyPro. So my conclusion is that it's not Ship Stations fault but more something within Magento 2. I have setup a staging website, disabled ALL third party extensions and it still doesn't work so I am quite lost. If you're talented and able to figure it what's going on please let me know. I don't have time for timewasters/chancers.
