Find me a distributors and help marketing our product and finding competitor information

I am the owner of a cosmetics company that specialized in charcoal products. We are fairly new yet have had a good start. Right now, we are struggling with our marketing strategy. Our social media has under 100 followers and we are having a hard time finding out how to grab our potential customer's attention. Additionally, I am having trouble finding a buyer/distrbutor for my product. I am aiming to find distributors of my products in Europe, US/Canada, Asia, and Middle East and require someone to find out my competitor's distribution channels and understand their distribution channel strategy, find out the list of distributors (who all sell, under what schemes, any esecial incentives offered to them etc). Most of our business is generated from distributors carrying our product, but with competition, we want someone to conduct marketing research on our competitor and create a strategy that they use which we can as well to gain more distributors for our products. The aim of the successful freelancer is to help increase marketing for our product and website along with finding out what our competitors are doing and how we can harness the same strategy to increase our presence in the market and have more distributors for our products. We will provide a full list of all the competitors if needed.
