Lookign for Recruiter from India

Looking for some experts who can recruit home based workers (paid) for our upcoming project. Need to recruit one member from each State as Team Leader and then each Team Leader has to recruit one worker at max (paid) from each district. So there will be Team Leaders and Workers. WORK TO BE DOE BY TEAM LEADERS: 1. They will have to collect job/vacancy related data from their team members and post it on website. 2. They have to monitor the social medial marketing of their team members and given instructions to them regarding the work to be done. 3. Provide ads to the workers to be posted on classified website 4. Additional online work like commenting on blog, posting blog may be added. WORK TO BE DONE BY WORKERS: 1. They have to collect job related data as instructed by the Team Leaders and forward them to their Team Leaders. 2. They have to posts links provided by team leader of classified website, blogs, etc to FB groups and other social media as directed by the Team Leader. 3. Post ads to classified website 4. Additional online work like commenting on blog may be given. FEES FOR JOINING: Each Team Leader and Worker has to deposit Rs 300 to join the team, which is refunded from 2nd month at 10 Rs per month without any question asked to SBI bank account. REMUNERATION: 49% of the revenue made by the websites (there will be more than one website) will be distributed among the Team Leaders and Workers in equal proportion. INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECRUITER: This is a very challenging task and bid only if you capable of. If you have a good control over MLM business or such people, then it may be possible, else please do not give it a try. REMUNERATION FOR RECRUITER: I am offering you a salary of 5000 Rs per month plus 5% of the revenue provided that u cover at least 75% of the districts of India. If you cross 6000 Rs per month plus 7.5% of revenue if u cover 75% plus districts of India. JOB TO BE DONE BY RECRUITER AFTER RECRUITMENT: 1. Help in Social Medial Promotion (Facebook, Pintrest, Linkedin, etc 2. Other online tasks which may include making blueprint of new website projects, collecting and giving ideas for the new projects decided. I will stop the bidding anytime I find that I got the right candidate.
