My Space Music email extracting

Need to scrape emails from the "MySpace Music" category for all cities in USA for a 5 day period. From September 10 to September 15. A separate txt file of all emails for each date, ie 5 lists. Not looking to pay more than $30 for 7,500 emails. Serious bidders only. This is going to be a weekly procedure, and if your work is good and fast, then you can expect a long-term contract for even more categories.
