Looking for a mechanical engineer to help choose the right parts to built a motorized multi-axis projector positionner. I currently have the drawing for the mechanical version of the positionner but it needs to be updated and ajusted to be motorized. Needs to be much more precise. You need to be able to help find the right specs for the slewing drive, the slew bearing, stepper motor, controller & encoder . - Full 360 degree rotation on 2 axis - Make sure it can support the load (100kg) + weight of the structures/mechanics. 3:1 safety factor - Precision needed < 0.1° - Repeatability needed <0.1° - Must be very stable - Zero backlash - Minimum 1 rotation per minute Also need to propose a way to integrate to current positionner/rack.
