Hello, I understand the amount of work involved for such a Venture, especially with regard aviation authority testing & approvals. I note that the monetary amounts listed pay only for each months burn-rate for the Venture, because I would need to manage & pay various engineering & other subcontractors. Such monetary figures listed here at present are unworkable for such a large Venture, as they stand currently. Once such a pre-Venture discussion occurs and a Venture plan is formulated, agreed & documented between us, including the full-project financial plan, then my Bid may become valid.
