MetaTrader - Alerts System - Indicators From 13 To 21

I am looking for Metatrader developer with experiences and a lot of knowledge about developing Screen, Sound, SMS, Email ALERTS. I would need one Alert System for Metatrader PC Version 4 and another same Alert System but for Metatrader PC Version 5. So the result of the project will be two files plus. My payment (up to 8500 usd) will be funded in advance into escrow BEFORE you start your work. I will automatically ignore any bids that could be recognized as a spam.
