Cosmos DB. Geo distributed Websites

Short-term contract. Delivery in 6-8 weeks.   Two parts of the website backend are required to move from MS SQL to Azure Cosmos DB. First site – content editor has limitation and cannot be run simultaneously from multiple locations. Second site – Reader. All internet users access this geo-distributed site. Editor website pushes compressed updated content to all distributed Reader sites.     What we need: 1. Convert exisiting data from MS SQL table to Cosmos DB documents and collection. 2. Migrate Editor site backend from MS SQL to geo-distributed Azure Cosmos DB. 3. Remove single point of failure – run Editor websites in multi-master mode from all Reader locations. 4. Sync Editor and Reader data collections. 5. Payment will be made to nominated account in four parts for:  a. successful prototype demonstration in out Dev environment. b. passing standard company QA process c. passing standard company UAT testing process d. after implementation in the company production environment.    Skills Required   Cosmos DB, Visual Studio Application Insight, C#, Visual Studio Team Services, MS SQL, IIS, Azure
