Create a contacts app with some specific features

I need an app with the following features (matching exactly the screenshot): 1. List all contacts with picture, name, mobile number (from the contacts default app) 2. Contacts are stored in a local database (the list is regularly updated with a background service) 3. Force the list refresh by sliding to the bottom when we are at the top of the list 4. List contacts with a separation by letters 5. 3 columns that slides horizontaly: - Column 1 displays all contacts Blue thin circle border arround the picture by default Green large circle border if the contact mobile number is present in a static declared array (so declare a global static array with few contact numbers of the current user) - Column 2 displays only contacts with green border - Column 3 displays only contacts with blue border 6. Slider to jump quickly to a letter 7. Search function that reduces the current column depend on the typed text. 8. One logo image at the top left 9. One picture at the top right that launches an empty activity 10. Use material design Thanks
