Simple Android and IOS Application

We want to develop an Android and IOS application for our website (URL will be given in personal msgs ) The simple application will get the data from our API (JSON or XML). The purpose is given below 1. The application will authenticate the users from our mysql database. 2. It will send the text messages (using our already existing system) 3. It will display the incoming messages in the inbox of application, also a notification will be displayed there 4. It will fetch other information of user from the database, like address book, sent messages, package details etc from database. Other information will be provided later on.
