App to find local businesses

App to find local businesses. In French, Spanish and English. It is going to be worldwide. Without data entered for the time being. I want businesses to be able to pay for extra visibility if they want to and I would like to get a bar code for people to have a 5% discount when they come from my app. I want also a policy where my company gets 5% of every transaction made after the customer scans the bar code in store. I also want a registration form for businesses where they have to show proof that they own the business by uploading official documents and an ID. I also want people to be able to find local businesses based on their location.
