App for tablets at our Wedding dinner - Photo Albums, Couples' Quiz, Live Photostream

At our wedding dinner, we'd like to place a tablet at each table running a bespoke app. The goal is to provide something the guests at the table can use socially, to browse through some of our photos, participate in a quiz testing how well they know us, and post their own pictures (taken with the tablet) to a live photostream of the wedding. This app should be fairly simple to develop, and might even be entirely achievable as an HTML5 web page. Some backend data source is required (for the photo stream and quiz score submissions) COMPONENTS • Data source, preferably a simple consumer solution such as Dropbox/Google Drive/Sheets etc. • Home screen/page, with access to each of the following features. • Feature 1: 2-4 photo albums, with captions below each photo. EG: Our engagement, our story, how we met. This can simply be mirrors of Google, Imgur, or some other photo-hosting service's album. • Feature 2: 10 question quiz, with alternate versions for his and her guests. Scores submitted to data backend for aggregation, so we can share whose guests scored higher. • Feature 3: Live photostream - user can both view photostream and add their own photo to the photostream (using tablet's camera.) • Ability to lock specific features behind passwords, so we can surface them to guests at specific moments in the dinner (ie, the quiz might be locked until our MC instructs dinner guests to take the quiz.) REQUIREMENTS • Compatible with iOS 5.1 and later iPads. We're asking guests to bring tablets so we'd like broad compatibility if possible. • "Admin" access to data source to view quiz submissions/aggregate scores and moderate photostream. Admin access need not be through tablet; laptop access is OK too. Depending on your choice of data source you may not need to build anything here beyond what's already possible in that service (ie Google Photos and Google Sheets) SKILLS REQUIRED • The technical requirements for this project are not high, so the primary skill required will be delivery to spec on time. • Some design ability is a plus as it'd be nice if the app looks good. But this is not mandatory.
