If you have prior projects where you used BLoC pattern to handle state management, streaming and presentation of data will like to hear from you. UI/UX of the app already completed using dart and backend will rely on Google firebase and 3rd party api service. Not using full suite of services on Google firebase for example using Cloud Firestore strictly for user uploaded profile images, phone authentication and push notifications.
