Event Organiser Android & Ios App (Angular + Nativescript)

I'm looking for an Angular/Nativescript developer to implement the MVP version of my idea and release to both Android/Iphone app stores. I will provide you with an requirements document, high fidelity interactive wireframes plus backend web services. There should be one code base for both Ios and android, but needs to be an native app experience. I've suggested using Nativescript but open to other technologies. (Has to be angular though as I'm going to be maintaining it) No embedded websites. The app will have the following functionality: - Splash Screen - Mobile number confirmation (Whats style registration, no username or password) - Create/update/list events. - Send Invitation from selected people from contact list via email/sms - Search for events happening near by on a map. (Enter postcode etc) - Request to join event. - Payment Integration. (Pay to come to event) - Profile page (Avatar + stats about a person) - Payment Management (Billing info + history) Hopefully that will you enough information to quote on without giving the idea away.
