Hello, * I also bid on your flat-rate version of this project. I have over 4 years experience with Ionic - a cross-platform framework which supports Android, iOS and more. Ionic basically runs a web-app within Chromium and then wraps that with functionality to access native devices functionality. I have over 8 years experience with Javascript which will be the majority of the coding. I have built packages for both Android and iOS using the Ionic framework. I have developed several apps and I have worked with the camera functionality as well. We will need to use some sort of image recognition to know when the paper is lined within the lines. I have used image recognition frameworks in the past and even created my own classifier. The only thing I have not done is work with the Gyroscope, but that will be simple enough and I have already confirmed that Ionic does support it as well.
