Iphone APP -- 3 (NON NATIVE) -- 2

I just had my first iphone app rejected by apple - i need an Ios App devleoper to help me get it APPROVED by adjusting my APPLE ios APP. it may take some tweaking but i have all u need to get it done. it was rejected on guideline 4 and 4.2 - just make sure u have made SUCCESSFUL AND APPROVED IOS APPS - please this is only for APPLE devices NOT android. The main issues are urls are opening OUTSIDE the app in the Safari browser which apple doesnt like as essentially its an app wrapper. ive been recommended to use SafariViewController class so we need to make it more "app-like" theres not a lot needs done NO TIME WASTERS NO RUDENESS OR ARROGANCE I DONT WANNA KNOW UR LIFE HISTORY OR HOW MANY APPS UVE MADE I JUST WANT A HUMBLE HARD WORKER TO GET THE JOB DONE FAST NO SLACKING - NO SUB OUTSOURCING - I WANT TO KEEP THE COST DOWN THIS WAS A REJECTION NOT A NEW APP! DONT TELL ME U CANNOT HELP BCOZ ITS WRITTEN IN PHONEGAP ! THIS APP IS CURRENTLY A NON NATIVE APP AND WAS WRITTEN IN PHONEGAP I HAVE SOURCE CODE and IPA FILES KEEP THE PRICE AS LOW AS POSSIBLE ILL SEND U THE SOURCE CODE AND/OR IPA FILES AND U CAN TELL ME WHAT U CAN DO AND YOUR PRICE I WILL NOT AWARD UNTIL PRICE IS AGREED TO GET MY APP APPROVED IN THE APPSTORE I DO NOT NEED ANDROID APP - I ALREADY HAVE ANDROID APP THIS IS IPHONE / APPLE JOB ONLY
