Mobile Apps (iOS & Android) for Used Auto Parts

*This is an existing bidding project on Freelancer. We wish to include the clarifications for a better understanding* My team is setting up a green business to reuse auto parts across countries. We aim to reach out to the customers (car owners) and service providers (exporters, scrapyards) through a platform with these requirements: 1. Key functions as presented on attached Excel file 2. Multi-language – English, Indonesian, Thai, Simplified Chinese 3. Native Mobile App (iOS and Android) a. Car Owners - iOS & android mobile app + Backend b. Car Exporters & Scrapyards - iOS (ipad) app c. UI/UX included for the above apps. The high-level features are shown on overview My team will provide more details and some preferred screenshots where applies. We are open to ideas that may improve the functionalities. **After the mobile apps are deployed, we may wish to develop a website using the already developed Backend - this will be a separate project. Given what we wish to do, kindly specify what technology is use, eg. Node.js for the backend and Angular for the frontend on the Web.
