Mobile apps with Azure cloud server

This project is for iOS, Android, and Windows native mobile apps. The purpose for this apps are to communicate via web services with IoT device to operate garage doors. This project requires communication encryption experience as well as graphical expertise. The user will have four ways to to operate the apps. The details will be explained later time when the bid is accepted. The Azure server and IoT programming are already completed. So the bid winner will be working with the Azure server group to integrate these (mobile apps) to complete the system. Once the bid is accepted more details will be provide including the screenshots and the encryption formulas. Only the well experience person need to submit with your past similar work example. This will help me to make faster decision. This project was given to someone else earlier and who did finish most of the iOS version and about half of Android version and one third of Windows version. But due to a family emergency he was unable to finish the work. So, the bid winner will continue the project where it was left. The project duration is very short and so the delivery dates must be kept. Serious applicants contact as soon as possible.
