I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. I have a design idea for an app to detect white eye reflex in photos taken on the app, or existing photos in your gallery to be checked. My daughter was diagnoses with a rare eye disease that is shown as a white reflex in the eye on flash photography. Most parents pick up on this if they are aware of how serious the white or yellow glow is. I am raising awareness with support groups and leaflets, but feel this would be amazing. There is a white eye detector app out there, however it never worked for our children with coats disease, so would love a more reliable app for parents to check their children's eyes.
