I need an Android an iOS app developer

Hi, my name is George. I am a huge Pokémon fan and have been following Pokémon for the last 20 years! Through my love of Pokémon, their games as well as additional aspect to them I spend a lot of time working on and playing them. This has caused a need for me to have an app that is basically a database of everything pokemon. Others have tried in the past but there is always something missing or needed. I’m looking to devils and market just such an app that is truly all encompassing and basically a one stop shop. The app needs to be able to pull information from its own database regarding each and every Pokémon. Must be able to show quite a few fields of information for each Pokémon. Needs to be simple to use, intuitive, play short 1-2 second audio clips And more. I must be able to update the app as needed when more Pokémon get added every few years or when a new game comes out etc. I will work hand in hand with the developer regarding what information needs to be available, the look, the feel of the app. I have attached a few sample images of other apps that have tried to do this very thing but just not successfully. The app will also need to be able to pull information from specific websites into its own layout.
