Need an app like Jokes Phone (in app store) existing app will be great. Eg: Merging 2 contacts at the same time - confusing both contacts

Hi Freelancers, I need an I0S application like [login to view URL] Application Description: How it works? 1. The app user will enter 2 mobile numbers. 2. The app will connect both numbers at the same time. 3. When the two numbers answer the phone, both get confused on who called first. 4. Then a copy of the recording will save in the app users phone. So the whole point of the app is, the app user will add 2 phone numbers from their contact list, and make both numbers dial at the same time. Bother contacts will answer at the same time, and both will get confused, thinking contact 1 called contact 2, and or contact 2 called contact 1. (so its a prank) Please let me know if you can do this app or if you have existing similar app.
